High-grade Dysplasia in Intraductal Papillary Neoplasms of the Bile Duct (IPNBs): High-grade dysplasia is characterized by architectural complexity, nuclear enlargement and hyperchromasia, pleomorphism, nuclear pseudostratification with loss of polarity, and increased mitotic activity. One may see transition from low-grade to high-grade dysplasia. This image shows high-grade dysplasia in an IPNB.
