Gallbladder Carcinoma : Histologic Grading

Microscopic Features: Higher magnification of malignant glands in a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma of gallbladder. Images 28-31 are from the same case. When such tumors metastasize to organs such as ovary or lung, they often retain their well-differentiated appearance and may be mistaken for primary malignancies at these sites.
