Porcelain Gallbladder: 60 y/o female who presented with right upper quadrant pain. Ultrasound showed wall echogenicity in the gallbladder. CT with contrast (coronal view) shows punctate calcifications in the gallbladder wall. See non-contrast CT axial view in the next image.
