Image Description
The image shows a homogenous population of small polygonal cells arranged in nested and trabecular patterns. Some of the tumor cells at the periphery of the nests appear to have orange-red granules resembling those seen in Paneth cells. Such cases often show immunoreactivity for Glucagon.
