Here is another case of pseudomyxoma peritonei (PP) associated with low-grade mucinous tumor of the appendix (Diffuse Peritoneal Adenomucinosis). The patient presented with ascites and was found to have PP with involvement of omentum, spleen, uterus, both ovaries, and appendix. A section through the appendix shows mucin globules partially separated by fibrous septa.
