Apocrine Hidrocystoma

Apocrine hidrocystomas are benign and can be treated in several ways. The most common form of treatment is simple incision and drainage. Other options include excision and electrodessication. If multiple lesions are present, the use of topical 1% atropine or scopolamine creams may be effective.
