The complex interposition of the nests are seen here. Notice the eosinopilic hyaline material between the irregular lobules of cells. There are also deposits of this hyaline material within the the lobules. Two cell types may be seen in cylindromas. Smaller hyperchromatic cells are present in the periphery of the lobules with larger cells with more cytoplasm and paler nuclei are present in the center of these lobules.
