Maculopapular cutaneous mastocytosis (Urticaria pigmentosa) is the commonest form of cutaneous mastocytosis accounting for 80% of cases. The lesions measure 2-3 cm in diameter and are pruritic, erythematous or red-brown, round to oval macules, papules, or plaques. They are seen mainly on the trunk.
