Image Description

Linear morphea involving the frontoparietal region presents as a densely sclerotic plaque extending from the eyebrow to the scalp. There is loss of subcutaneous fat and the skin is tightly bound to the underlying sclerotic tissues creating a groove (en coup de sabre).
