Phyllodes Tumor : High-grade with Rhabdomyosarcoma

The neoplastic stroma in a high-grade malignant phyllodes tumor may be monomorphic with features of sarcoma, NOS; or it may be highly pleomorphic and may show heterologus elements. Here, it shows features of rhabdomyosarcoma.
