Dermatofibrosarcoma protruberans is a nodular cutaneous tumor that is most commonly seen on the trunk and proximal extremities. Rare sites include breast, vulva, and parotid. The tumor is composed of a population of delicate fibroblasts arranged in a monotonous storiform pattern. Vasculature is indistinct.
