Secretory Carcinoma of Breast
Image Description
Secretory (Juvenile) carcinoma of the breast is a rare tumor that was initially described in children but the majority of cases have been reported in adults. Grossly, it is usually small and well-circumscribed with pushing borders. It displays a variety of growth patterns, including microcystic, solid, tubular/glandular, and pseudopapillary patterns. The tumor cells have abundant pale eosinophilic or amphophilic granular or vacuolated cytoplasm.
