In-situ Papillary Carcinoma of Breast

This image shows scattered large cells with pale eosinophilic cytoplasm (bottom of the image). They are so-called globoid cells or clear cells which are immunoreactive for GCDFP-15. They should not be mistaken for myoepithelial cells.
