Another example of intracystic papillary carcinoma. Absent or scant stroma (as seen here) favors papillary carcinoma; however, occasional cases may have well-developed stroma in papillary structures. Since papillary carcinomas frequently arise in the central part of the breast, discharge or bleeding from nipple is a common clinical finding.
