DLBCL : Kidney

Comments:
Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the kidney in an elderly male who presented with symptoms of renal insufficiency. The image shows a 7 cm tumor centered around the renal pelvis in an end-stage kidney.

Patients with renal lymphomas often present with disseminated disease. Only about 25% of patients have organ-confined disease.
