Testicular Lymphoma

Comments:
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the testis: The tumor penetrates through tunica albuginea in about 50% of cases. Epididymis is involved in the majority of cases (as shown in this image). Rare cases show spermatic cord involvement.
