Comments:
Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL): Higher magnificatiion of the previous image showing expansion of lamina propria by medium-to-large size moderately pleomorphic cells. In addition, there is villous atrophy, intraepithelial lymphocytosis, and increased numbers of plasma cells and lymphocytes in the lamina propria.
