Comments:
The vast majority of primary testicular lymphomas are diffuse large B-cell lymphomas. Microscopically, there is complete obliteration of the native architecture in the central portion of the tumor. Seminiferous tubules are replaced by diffuse sheets of highly atypical lymphoid cells, including centroblasts (predominant cell type), immunoblasts, or multilobated lymphoid cells. The peripheral areas (depicted here) show intertubular (interstitial) growth with entrapment of tubules.
