Synovial Sarcoma : TLE1 Expression

Transducin-like enhancer of split 1 (TLE1) is a transcription factor that inhibits Wnt signaling and is upregulated in synovial sarcomas. It's nuclear expression is a useful diagnostic marker of synovial sarcomas, especially in cytokeratin-negative and poorly-differentiated cases.
