Heterologous Metaplastic Carcinoma

This case of metaplastic carcinoma (images 33-36) is from a 50 y/o female who presented with a rapidly enlarging breast mass. The tumor was largely composed of high-grade chondrosarcoma and minor spindle cell component. Lobules of tumor with entrapped breast ducts and lobules can be seen.
