Comments:
Morphology: Lymphoepithelial cyst presents as a well circumscribed unilocular or multilocular cyst with size ranging from 0.5 to 6.0 cm. The cut surface shows a granular appearance of the cyst wall and a cyst cavity filled with cheesy material. Histologically, the cyst wall is lined by epithelial cells (squamous, cuboidal, columnar, goblet cells, sebaceous cells or oncocytic cells) and it contains mature lymphoid tissue (as seen here) with prominent germinal center formation.
