Comments:
Lymphocytic infiltrate, consisting predominantly of T cells, is usually seen in the interstitium in cases of Graves disease. A few B cells and mature plasma cells may also be present. Germinal centers are commonly seen. Note the hyperplastic follicles in the top-center of the image.
