Lymphomatoid Granulomatosis
Comments:
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is an angiocentric and angiodestructive process. The lymphoid infiltrate is polymorphous and consists predominantly of reactive T-cells and scattered large atypical B-cells. In Grade 3 lesions (shown here), the large atypical lymphoid cells are numerous and arranged in aggregates or clusters. The morphology resembles diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
