Comments:
Biphasic synovial sarcoma: Irregularly-shaped, dilated gland-like structures containing eosinophilic secretions are lined by cuboidal epithelium. The intervening space is occupied by monotonous fibroblast-like spindle cells with plump nuclei. The spindle areas resemble fibrosarcoma.
