Chondrosarcoma of Femur

Comments:
Chondrosarcoma of distal femur. A large bulky, destructive tumor with associated soft tissue mass is seen in distal femur. Characteristic pearly, bluish-white cartilaginous foci are admixed with hemorrhagic and necrotic areas.
