Different morphologic patterns can be encountered in a same case of pleomorphic adenoma. The above image demonstrates small nests and anastomosing cords in the lower right forming Indian file pattern. The left one-third of the image demonstrates compressed and distorted tubular structures admixed with hyalinized stroma.
