Comments:
Mycosis Fungoides : Clinical Features: The disease is generally confined to skin for prolonged periods and can be divided into three stages: patch, plaque, and tumor stages. It pursues an indolent course, with gradual progression over number of years from patch stage to infiltrative plaques and tumor nodules. However, this division is arbitrary as all stages may be present simultaneously in a patient and some patients may not progress beyond the patch stage.

The photograph shows irregular erythematous lesions of the patch stage on the back of the lower extremities of this patient.
