This image shows angiocentric and angioinvasive growth pattern of the lymphoid infiltrates in lymphomatoid granulomatosis. There is transmural infiltration of the walls of arteries and veins by mononuclear cells. The surrounding lung parenchyma shows coagulative necrosis.
