Burkitt's lymphoma in a lymph node - FNA specimen, Wright stain. On immunophenotyping by flow cytometry, it was positive for CD10, CD20, and kappa surface immunoglobulin; negative for CD5 and lambda surface immunoglobulin. The tumor cells have moderate amounts of deeply basophilic cytoplasm with numerous lipid vacuoles. Courtesy of: Ed Uthman, MD, Houston, Texas.
