DLBCL : Testis - CD20
Most primary testicular lymphomas in adults are diffuse large B-cell type that express CD45 and pan B-cell markers such as CD20 (shown here), CD22, CD79a, and PAX-5. The striking predominance of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas seen in adult population is not found in patients aged 21 years and younger. In pediatric population, primary testicular lymphomas are rare and most are follicular lymphomas. Other uncommon subtypes of primary testicular lymphomas in adults include peripheral T-cell lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, precursor T-lymphoblastic lymphoma, and NK/T-cell lymphoma.
