DLBCL : Stomach - PanKeratin

Comments:
In small gastric biopsies, it might be difficult to distinguish lymphomas from non-hematologic malignancies, such as gastric carcinomas. An immunohistochemical panel with appropriate markers can help resolve the diagnosis. The image shows negativity for pankeratin in the tumor with a nice internal positive control.
