DLBCL : Lymph Node
Patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) present with rapidly enlarging lymph nodes or tumor masses (in case of extranodal involvement seen in about 40% of cases). This cervical lymphadenectomy specimen from a 45 y/o male shows several enlarged lymph nodes with a fleshy pink-tan cut surface. The nodal architecture is completely effaced. The diagnosis of DLBCL was confirmed with the help of immunostains (positive for CD20, CD22, IgM kappa).
