Comments:
High-grade dysplasia (carcinoma-in-situ) in a villous adenoma of the ampullary region. By definition, all adenomas show some degree of dysplasia. However, when dysplastic features are advanced, as shown in this image, the use of the term high-grade dysplasia/CIS is appropriate.
