Urothelial Carcinoma of Renal Pelvis

Comments:
A firm, pink-tan mass with polypoid architecture completely fills up the pelvicalyceal system. On histology, it was non-invasive high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma. The proximal ureter showed a spectrum of histologic changes ranging from dysplasia to frank carcinoma-in-situ.
