Sarcomatoid Renal Cell Carcinoma

Comments:
The tumor was yellow-tan, firm and had completely destroyed the native architecture in the upper half of the kidney. The tumor had penetrated the renal capsule, forming a bulky mass with involvement of several contiguous structures. Note the adherent segement of small bowel (upper left).
