Comments:
This MRI scan of the brain is from a 40 y/o male who presented with visual disturbances. The scans showed a solid and cystic lesion in the suprasellar region with high T1 signal with contrast enhancement. The patient underwent resection of the mass which showed classic histologic features of a papillary craniopharyngioma. Case produced with permission, courtesy of Dr. Frank Gaillard. Radiopaedia. Complete case is here.
