Dermatomyositis: In addition to the red-mauve discoloration around eyes and periorbital edema (shown in the previous four images), other cutaneous features include: erythematous papules over metacarpophalangeal joints (Gottron's sign), periungual erythema, telangiectasia, and splinter hemorrhages.
