Limited Scleroderma : CREST Syndrome

Cutaneous manifestations in CREST syndrome are usually distal to the metacarpophalangeal joints. Note the stretched skin over distal phalanges with loss of creases. The middle finger shows early signs of flexion contracture (same case as the previous image; dorsum of hand).
