Comments:
Chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis usually presents as a small, painful, solitary, dome-shaped nodule on the helix of the ear. It is usually seen in adults and is associated with chronic trauma. The lesion may be clinically misdiagnosed as an epithelial neoplasm.
