Darier Disease: Hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, suprabasal cleft formation, and numerous grains are seen in this image. "Grains" refers to somewhat flattened, oval cells with elongated nuclei and numerous keratohyalin granules. See higher magnification in the next image.
