Comments:
Microscopic Features of Inverted Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma, Low-Grade: The tumor has a predominant (>80%) endophytic growth with striking resemblance to inverted urothelial papilloma. The lamina propria shows irregular, markedly thickened cords and trabeculae, large nests, as well as solid areas. There is minimal amount of fibrovascular stroma between the trabeculae.
