Comments:
Introduction: Inverted papillary urothelial neoplasms of LMP (IPUNLMP) are similar to exophytic PUNLMP and are composed of hyperplastic urothelium, but in a predominant (>80%) endophytic growth pattern. A variable proportion of exophytic component is often present. This case had several papillary areas on the surface with true fibrovascular cores (also see next 5 images). Note the unmistakable resemblance to an inverted urothelial papilloma in the endophytic component.
