Mature Cystic Teratoma of the Ovary: Neuroectodermal elements (glia, ependyma, choroid plexus, cerebellar tissue, whorls of meningothelial cells, and Wagner-Meissner corpuscles) are commonly seen mature cystic teratomas of the ovary.

This image shows a focus of choroid plexus. Note the skin on the upper left and a focus of pigmented epithelium resembling choroid on the lower right.
