Image Description

Papillary urothelial hyperplasia is most frequently encountered in patients with a prior history of a papillary urothelial neoplasm. The urothelial lining is arranged in finger-like papillary formations enclosing a fibrovascular core. The urothelium may be thickened but lacks cytologic atypia.
