Spindle Cell/Sclerosing Rhabdomyosarcoma : Congenital

Comments:
This karyotype from a patient with congenital spindle cell rhabdomyosarcoma shows t(8;11) (q13.3;p15.3). NGS revealed TEAD1-NCOA2 fusion. Histology: infiltrating spindle cells arranged in intersecting fascicles. No rhabdomyoblastic differentiation was seen. Differential diagnosis: Infantile fibrosarcoma was ruled out by negative ETV6 rearrangement by FISH.
