Comments:
This penectomy specimen is from a 63 y/o male who presented with a 6-month history of a painless non-healing ulcer on his penis. He also had a 2-year history of phimosis. The ulcer measured 3 cm in diameter. After a biopsy diagnosis of invasive squamous cell carcinoma, total penectomy was performed. On sectioning the specimen longitudinally, the tumor was seen involving a wider area of foreskin and glans penis.
