Lipomatous Solitary Fibrous Tumor (SFT): This variant of SFT contains an admixture of fibroblastic cells and mature adipose tissue. Important diagnostic clues are the branching (stag-horn) vessels (not shown in this image) and nuclear reactivity for STAT6. (continued in the next image).
