Comments:
Testicular ultrasound from the previous case shows an oval nodule attached to the tunica. Normal testis can be seen on the right. The diagnosis of fibrous pseudotumor was confirmed on histology. About 75% of the cases involve tunica vaginalis. In the remainder, the location is epididymis, spermatic cord, or tunica albuginea.
