Comments:
Hydrocele is a mesothelium-lined cyst formed as a result of fluid accumulation between visceral and parietal layers of tunica vaginalis of the testis. It may be associated with inguinal hernia, trauma to the testis or scrotum, epididymo-orchitis, or testicular/paratesticular tumors. Many cases are idiopathic.
