Spermatocele

Comments:
The spermatocele wall is thin and delicate and is composed of fibroconnective tissue. The lining epithelium is cuboidal or flattened and often ciliated. Treatment is by simple excision. Recurrences are uncommon. Rare cases are complicated by testicular torsion.
